SWEETSTAMP CURRENT ORDER TIMELINE 

SweetStamp will be dispatched 5-10 working days after order, due to current high demand. This may vary slightly but we ensure you that we are working as quick as possible to get through all orders. We are putting measures in place to shorten this timeline. You can also see our Stockists here.

You will receive communication through email/SMS when your product is dispatched, this communication will include your tracking and courier link. It is advised that contact the courier ASAP if you have not received you order after dispatch as your order may be returned to us and an additional courier charge will be avoided. If you require assistance finding your tracking details we are avavile to assist, but all shipping queries must be communicated directly with the courier.

STANDARD SHIPPING OPTION

If you wish to choose this option please be aware that your items will not be tracked and if in the rare circumstance that your standard shipping item goes missing we cannot replace or refund. Although the likelihood of this happening is rare we must communicate the risk.

REGISTERED SHIPPING

You will receive communication through email/SMS when your product is dispatched, this communication will include your tracking and courier link. It is advised that contact the courier ASAP if you have not received you order after dispatch as your order may be returned to us and an additional courier charge will be avoided, if returned to us a refund will not be possible as the payed service was provided for. If you require assistance finding your tracking details we are available to assist, but all shipping queries must be communicated directly with the courier.

 EXCHANGE & REFUNDS

In the rare instance where you may wish to exchange or refund an order please get in touch as we can discuss options. Customers are responsible for the return postage. Delivery costs cannot be refunded. There are no returns on custom made products and products eligible for exchange must be in resealable condition.
